About Amanda Yap
Dr. Amanda Yap earned her medical degree from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2010 before completing anesthesia training at the University of Vermont Medical Center in 2016. She then pursued a fellowship in Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesia at the University of Rochester Medical Center, completing it in 2018. She joined Eastern Maine Medical Center’s Department of Anesthesiology in August 2018. During her tenure, she served on the Code Committee and received the 2021-2022 Internal Medicine Preceptor Award.
