Anne Smith, NP

I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than six years of experience in family medicine. My approach to patient care is grounded in whole-person care, with a strong belief in addressing health from an “upstream” approach- focusing not just on symptoms, but on the root causes of illness and the lifestyle factors that influence long-term well-being.

I enjoy working closely with patients of all ages to build trusting, collaborative relationships. Whether facing a chronic condition, an acute health concern, or simply working toward a healthier lifestyle, my goal is to support and empower my patients every step of the way.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me spending time with my family and friends, enjoying the beauty that the great state of Maine offers throughout all four seasons.
