About Cole Carter

Dr. Carter earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California, followed by a master’s degree in Anatomical Sciences from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee. He then earned his Doctorate degree in Osteopathic Medicine, also from Lincoln Memorial University. He completed a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency at East Caroline University Brody School of Medicine at the ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, North Carolina.
Dr. Carter specializes in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. He has interests in spasticity management, electrodiagnostic studies, and osteopathic manipulative medicine.
