About Erin Horr

Erin Horr, MSN, certified nurse-midwife, received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Husson College in 2003 and master’s degree in nurse-midwifery from the University of Cincinnati in 2014.

Erin provides full-scope midwifery care including obstetrics, gynecologic care, contraceptive management, and well-woman exams for women from adolescence to menopause.

Erin's goal is to provide patients and families with excellent care that is tailored to their individual needs.
