Francinia McCartney, MD

Dr. McCartney graduated with highest honors from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN.  She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Tennessee and her residency in Ophthalmology from Drexel University College of Medicine.

She is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine.  She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American College of Physicians, The American Medical Association, and the National Medical Association.

She has a long history of community service and volunteerism. Her interests include swimming, basketball, cooking international cuisine, learning how to play new musical instruments and international medicine.
