I believe in the work I do as it allows me to treat every patient as an individual. If you take the time to really listen to the patient, they will guide you in their needs and assist you in making the best clinical decision. I also believe that patients need to be actively involved in their care planning and their own self-care. I feel that by actively listening to patients, treating each patient as an individual and involving them in their plan I can make a positive impact in their health and this is very rewarding.
