About Juan Merchan Hakspiel
I am a practicing electrophysiologist, safety and efficacy are the core of my daily practice, my interests are in understanding arrhythmia mechanism, performing ablations to cure arrhythmias like atrial fibrillation, SVT, and PVC. I also perform implantation of electronic devices like pacemakers, especially with newer technologies to help achieve physiologic pacing, defibrillators and cardiac resynchronization therapy, in selected patients.
My goal is to educate patients and family, about understanding their arrhythmias and management of electronic devices, and to practice under strict clinical guidelines to achieve high quality electrophysiology care.
