About
Pittsfield, Maine (September 1, 2026) – Northern Light Podiatry is pleased to welcome foot and ankle specialist Justin Garvin, DPM, to Northern Light Podiatry at Sebasticook Valley Hospital. Dr. Garvin joins James Fullwood, DPM, at the Pittsfield podiatry practice. Dr. Garvin specializes in limb salvage and reconstructive surgery and provides the full spectrum of podiatry care, including diabetic foot care, sports injury care, and conditions involving the ankles, arches, heels, Achilles tendon, plantar fascia, and more. Dr. Garvin decided to pursue podiatry after having foot reconstruction surgery in high school. “I'm really able to empathize with patients because I’ve been a patient myself,” he says. “The pain can be significant and surgery is no small thing. I want patients to know that I put them first and I'm very patient centered, very collaborative. I feel like when the patient really understands what's going on, then that's when you get the best outcomes.” Dr. Garvin graduated from Temple University Lewis Katz School of Medicine, completed his residency at Main Line Health Bryn Mawr Hospital, and completed a foot and ankle reconstructive surgery fellowship at the University of Michigan Health-Sparrow.
Dr. Garvin is accepting new patients. For more information, please call 207.487.4040.
