About Nicolas Arredondo

Dr. Arredondo is a board-certified neurosurgeon with a particular interest and expertise in traumatic, metastatic, and degenerative spine pathology and has received specialized training in complex spine and minimally invasive surgical techniques.\n\n After graduating from Stanford University with a BS in Biological Sciences, Dr. Arredondo earned his medical degree at the University of Texas in San Antonio. He completed a seven-year residency in neurological surgery at the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he pursued a fellowship in neuro-oncology at the Moffitt Cancer Center.\n\n Prior to practicing at Mercy Hospital, Dr. Arredondo was as a general neurological surgeon at the Neurologic Institute of Savannah & Center for Spine in Savannah, Georgia, having previously served as director of the multi-specialty Providence St. Mary’s Neuroscience Institute in Washington.
