Nina Boulard, PhD

Dr. Boulard enjoys working with a wide variety of patients, helping them cope with chronic illnesses such as obesity, diabetes, and gastrointestinal conditions. She specializes in behavioral medicine and the treatment she provides is cognitive behavioral in orientation. This type of therapy focuses on the interrelation between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It can be used to help modify health related behaviors and improve coping.

Dr. Boulard is originally from New York. She attended Yale University before moving to Maine to attend graduate school in Orono. She loved Maine so much she decided to make it her home after she graduated. In her spare time, you can find her hiking, playing tennis, and generally enjoying the outdoors
