Sadvi Ganesh, MD

I graduated from Kasturba medical college in Mangalore, India and completed my residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Montefiore medical center, Bronx NY.  I have been working at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medicla Center since 2007. 

We often encounter people who have had a major life changing event or diagnosis. As a physiatrist, I love working in teams and helping patients focus on gaining their independence and improving their quality of life, however little or big their disabilities are.

I came to Maine with my husband who was doing a required three year waiver here in Maine. Three years has now become 16 years as we fell in love with Maine! Its beautiful landscape has allowed us to enjoy the outdoor activities, which are important to us. We are raising two daughters who love Maine as much as we do.
