Sara Zelman, MD

Dr. Sara Zelman is a general gastroenterologist who provides care for all gastrointestinal conditions with a special interest in autoimmune disease such as inflammatory bowel disease. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care that addresses each patient's unique needs and experiences.

Dr. Zelman earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College in New York.  She completed her internal medicine residency at Tufts Medical Center, followed by fellowship training in gastroenterology at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.

She is particularly passionate about supporting patients with chronic gastrointestinal conditions and believes in building collaborative, long-term relationships to help patients manage their health with confidence and clarity.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Zelman enjoys cycling, baking, and spending time with her family.
