Thomas Cassidy, DO

After completing his internal medicine residency, Dr Thomas E Cassidy DO, FHM, FACP decided to return to his hometown to practice. Over the last 12 years he has been a hospitalist at Eastern Maine Medical Center, where his primary focus has been on the management of hospitalized patients. Dr Cassidy has a special interest in medical education and patient experience. He has been the internal medicine clerkship coordinator for the medical students since 2016.  

Outside of the hospital, Dr Cassidy enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, backcountry skiing, and climbing.  He serves on the board of the Orono Land Trust.
